    • To cancel the E-locker service for a specific visit, please contact the front office, sales staff of the particular hospital or diagnostic centre visited.
    • As hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies are not charged for using our software, there is no applicable refund or cancellation policy for these entities.
